The pastry chef will be responsible for improving existing recipes and developing new recipes for new products for the company. Recipe Development:
Design, test, and develop innovative desert & confectionary products Food demonstration:
Conduct tasting and demonstration for customers Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, track food costs, and order necessary baking ingredients and equipment. Quality Control:
Ensure that all pastry items meet company's standards Kitchen Compliance:
Maintain a sanitary workstation and maintain records according to company's HACCP and ISO22000 standards. Job location:
