Pastry Apprentice Chef

Location: THE PIG, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for Apprentices to join our award-winning Chef Academy. This is an apprenticeship like no other.

You will experience everything that makes THE PIG unique, from craft training to bread making, chocolate work, and cheese making. As a PIG Pastry Apprentice you will work with our fantastic Pastry teams.

This is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, so it requires previous experience or a Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification. The apprenticeship offers clear and proven career progression, plus expert guidance from our training provider – Umbrella. It is open to all ages and the contract is 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.

You will receive everything you need to start your new career in the kitchen, including a full knife set, uniform, practical cookery book, and recipe journal, and you will have access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience. You may also work in othe...
