Salary Scale: £92.59 - £160 Per Day
Contract Type: Full Time

GSL are seeking an enthusiastic Pastoral Leader to support students in a secondary school setting . This role involves promoting student wellbeing , positive behaviour , and high levels of attendance , while helping students feel safe, supported, and fully engaged in school life.

You will work alongside senior leaders , teaching staff , and external agencies to provide effective pastoral support and ensure students achieve their full academic and personal potential .
