New Directions Education are currently supporting a large Leeds, Secondary School, who are actively recruiting for an experienced and motivated Pastoral Officer ahead of the New Academic Year (2026/2027).

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive attendance and behaviour, and helping students overcome barriers to learning. The successful candidate will play a vital role within the school’s pastoral team, working closely with Year Leaders, students, parents, and staff to ensure every learner receives the support they need to succeed.

As a Pastoral Officer, you will provide both administrative and pastoral support to a designated Year Team, helping to maintain high standards of student welfare, attendance, behaviour, and engagement.
