About the role:

Justteachers are looking for a Behaviour Intervention specialist to join a team at an SEMH school in the Lincoln area.

The school provides placements for boys and girls aged between 11 and 16 years old. The young people have a range of SEMH needs. The aim of the staff is to build self-esteem and equip young people with strategies and skills to enable them to succeed in the community.

The role will be on a full time basis and is due to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group pastoral support to pupils with SEMH needs
• Build positive, stable relationships that promote emotional wellbeing
• Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and social skills
• Work closely with teaching staff to implement personalised support strategies
• Assist with de‑escalation and restorative conversations
• Help create a calm, safe, and nurturing school environm...
