The Role

Lead the school’s pastoral systems with a clear focus on behaviour, attendance, and pupil engagement. Work closely with senior leaders, staff, families, and external agencies to improve attendance, support positive behaviour, and help create a calm, structured environment where pupils are ready to learn.

The Candidate

You are calm, resilient, and confident leading in a setting where consistency matters. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families, and balance empathy with clear boundaries.
