We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and student-centred Pastoral Lead to join a thriving secondary school in the Wigan area. The successful candidate will lead on pastoral care across a designated year group(s), working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, families and external agencies to promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, wellbeing and personal development.
