The Passage Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate and efficient ticketing, rebooking, and refund services, processing privilege and complimentary passes, handling cargo acceptance and US VISA document transactions, managing cash, and delivering excellent customer service to passengers. The role ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to a smooth and positive travel experience.

What you’ll do

• A. Process ticket issuance, rebooking, and refund transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• B. Issue privilege passes and complimentary passes in accordance with company policies.
• C. Handle cargo acceptance, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with procedures.
• D. Process and manage US VISA related documents as required.
