CST Training is looking for experienced PASMA and IPAF Trainers to join our growing team delivering accredited working at height training courses from our Thurrock training centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver PASMA and IPAF accredited training courses
• Conduct practical demonstrations and theory sessions
• Ensure all courses are delivered safely and professionally
• Complete training documentation and learner records accurately
• Maintain training equipment and course materials
• Support candidates throughout the learning process

Requirements

• Valid PASMA and/or IPAF Instructor qualifications
• Experience delivering accredited training courses
• Strong knowledge of working at height safety practices
• Professional and engaging training style
