:Position Title : Product Support RepresentativeLocation : Dungannon Business Park
Reporting to : Parts technical support Manager
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
To provide support to the dealer network with regard to their open order books. Receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Manage Dealer enquiries through the helpdesk
Advising on part identification
Cross reference parts against BOMS
Assist in the sourcing of parts identified
Liaising with internal departments and external supplies
Responsible for credit investigations.
Partake in customer service calls and identify areas for improvement
Assist with preparation for new product launch.
