Description

Duties include, but are not limited to, supporting customers and technicians through loading and unloading, assisting with returns and parts/component pick-up and drop-off, core inspection, warranty processing, shipping, and receiving. The Parts Specialist plays a key role in ensuring safety, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the dealership’s reputation as a preferred vendor.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Safety is the top priority; consistently demonstrate proactive safety practices and participate in CPS/CI processes.
+ Perform all warehouse journeyman duties with ownership and attention to detail.
+ Support PUDO and Parts Express operations.
+ Conduct core inspections, warranty processing, and credits.
