Job Description
**Summary**
The Parts Purchaser is responsible for quoting, ordering, stocking, and selling parts for the service department and retail customers. This role supports technicians, managers, customers, and other company facilities by ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective parts solutions. The position also provides remote assistance to other locations via email, phone calls, Microsoft Teams, and text messaging.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Assist managers, technicians, and customers in identifying required parts and accessories by researching heavy- and light-duty trucks, truck bodies, and aerial equipment.
+ Quote, order, and stock parts to support service repair orders and retail sales while meeting cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
+ Professionally handle parts inquiries and sales via phone, email, walk-in traffic, and remote communication channels.
