This role reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary

The Parts Manager will play an integral role in the efficient operation of Volvo Cars Winnipeg Parts Department. This position will strive for a profitable parts department through proper allocation of dealership resources, parts inventories, and purchasing, staff management, pricing, and advertising. This position will prepare and administer the annual parts operating budget and must maintain a balanced inventory that is aligned with all stakeholders throughout the Group. Hiring, training, and motivating all parts department staff will be a major focus in this role.
