We are looking for a dynamic Parts Manager to lead and manage the dealership’s Parts Department, ensuring seamless availability of genuine spare parts while driving profitability and operational efficiency.

🔹 Core Responsibility:

To ensure optimal inventory management, achieve parts sales targets, support workshop operations, and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage parts inventory (fast/slow moving analysis, stock control, aging management)

Ensure timely availability of parts for workshop and retail customers

Achieve monthly sales targets and improve gross margins

Coordinate with OEMs for procurement and warranty parts management

Supervise parts team and ensure efficient billing & dispatch

Monitor stock audits, compliance, and DMS accuracy...
