Parts Correspondent - Ashland, VA

Ashland, VA -The Parts Correspondent is a full-time, hourly position. Hours worked are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, with one hour for lunch, unless the Parts Manager determines that business needs warrant a different work schedule.
Primary Responsibilities of the Parts Correspondent

* Handle the day-to-day procedures associated with ordering and processing material handling equipment parts orders.
* Find opportunities for increased sales and profit margin
Skills and Personal Characteristics of the Parts Correspondent

* Material Handling equipment parts experience in auto, trucking, heavy equipment or forklift
* Excellent communication skills to interact in a positive manner with all customers (internal and external)
* Strong problem solving/analytical skills.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to operate computer software and web based portals.
