As our current Parts Coordinator is moving, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and help keep our shop running smoothly.

Position Summary

The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in our day-to-day operations by managing the flow of parts in and out of the shop. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy with data entry, and a customer service mindset. Prior experience with auto parts or in a body shop environment is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order parts needed for repair jobs in a timely manner.


• Receive, inspect, and distribute parts to technicians.


• Enter invoices and maintain accurate records.
