Parts Clerk

**E.L. Harvey & Sons** has an immediate position available for a **Parts Clerk** at our site in **Westborough, MA**

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

**Pay Rate:** $25.00 per hour

**Job duties:**

+ Assist the Maintenance Manager with general clerical tasks and data entry
+ Enter all repair orders into the company’s maintenance tracking system
+ Maintain accurate warranty records and tracking
+ Receive, inspect, and check in all incoming parts, tools, and supplies
+ Organize parts to ensure they are easy to locate and properly stored
+ Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
+ Restock shelves and assist with ordering parts when supplies run low
+ Keep the parts room clean, safe, and compliant with company policy
+ Pull and prepare parts for mechanics and maintenance staff
+ Run parts to various sites as needed
+ Coordinate with vendors and delivery drivers
