We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our team in Brighton Mercedes-Benz.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties.
• Complete vehicle health checks for workshop.
• Ensure all items are correctly located and maintain stock control.
• Receive orders and ensure returns are up to date.
• Answer calls from customers.
• Provide excellent customer care.

Qualifications

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, practical knowledge of computer systems and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
