• Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms
• Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs
• Using promotions effectively to meet sales targets
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and increase sales
• Staying up to date on new products, parts updates, recalls, and special offers
