What’s a typical day as Parts Administrator? You’ll be:
- Answering and directing incoming service phone calls and documenting all call log information in the customer history database
- Maintaining inventory records, conducting inventory counts, and handling parts and equipment logistics
- Receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping replacement parts for beverage and processing equipment
- Creating quotes, sales orders, and invoices for part orders and assisting clients with payments
- Collaborating with service, contract, and accounting teams on large projects
