Partnerships Manager

Job Responsibities Plans and executes diverse outreach activities, including meetings, presentations, talks, and events, aimed at promoting Mindfull Community and its programmes and services to corporations, faith-based groups, schools and communities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, including government, corporations, schools, faith-based organisations and communities. Raises public awareness of Mindfull Community through engagement with various sectors, fostering referrals and collaboration. Collaborates closely with colleagues to establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders. Ensures the delivery of high-quality programmes and services to caregivers and care recipients across diverse sectors.
