Responsibilities

• Conduct skills needs assessments with local private sector businesses to identify skill gaps and guide training curriculum adjustments for vocational and technical institutions.
• Facilitate capacity building workshops training partners on economic facilitation, market approaches, private sector engagement, and measuring economic impact.
• Support business linkages and partnerships by networking partners with companies, promoting supplier development for disadvantaged groups, and enhancing women’s and youth employment.
