Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Indirect Tax professional to lead the IDT function. This role combines compliance oversight, advisory, litigation, client management, and team leadership, along with a focus on practice development and growth. Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Management & Review
Oversee end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3 B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9 C Review GST workings, reconciliations (books vs returns), and ensure accuracy Handle GST registrations, amendments, LUT filings, and refunds Conduct periodic GST health checks and compliance audits Set up and improve internal compliance processes and SOPs for clients2. Advisory & Consulting
Provide advisory on GST, Customs, and FTP matters Handle classification, valuation, and structuring issues Assist clients with transaction advisory and tax optimization3. Litigation & Representation
