Partner Services Director

The Partner Services team sits at the heart of Auto Europe’s B2B business, managing and growing a portfolio of Travel Agent, Consortia, and Affiliate partners across key markets. The team is structured around Partner Growth, which owns the commercial relationship and long-term development of each partner, and Account Services, which keeps the day-to-day experience seamless, reliable, and responsive. Together, we operate as one cohesive partner-facing function, and the quality of our partners’ experience depends on both sides working closely together.

The Role

As Partner Services Director, you are responsible for the growth and health of Auto Europe’s global B2B partner portfolio. You lead a team of Partner Growth Managers and are accountable for the long-term value of every partner relationship they manage.
