Job Context:
In the context of a succession planning, we are looking for Partner Sales Director, who will lead a team of 6-7 Channel Sales Managers across Switzerland. The position reports directly into the Divisional General Manager.
This position is required to support the company’s local brand, improving the channel system, recruiting partners, and strengthening partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
•Build and develop a pioneering and high-performance channel team, establish and cultivate professional partner sales culture, and coordinate with internal and external resources to support the team to achieve business targets.
