What We Are Looking For:
- A senior professional with strong expertise in fund formation, fund structuring, governance, regulatory strategy and cross‑border setups
- Ability to originate mandates or lead full transaction execution. Both tracks open
- Partner plus team moves welcome
- Deep understanding of AIF, FPI, FDI, SEBI regulations, onshore and offshore structures, carried interest, LLP or trust structures...
