Position Summary
The Participant Services Representative provides customer service to participants, beneficiaries, union locals, and providers regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims status.
Has minimum necessary access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) by Job Description/Role.
