Part-Time Warehouse Order Selector

Martin Bros. Distributing is looking for motivated individuals to work as selectors in our Cedar Falls Distribution Center.

Hours for this position are Sunday - Thursday 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (end time may vary)


The Selector is responsible for safely and accurately picking customer orders and building pallets for delivery. This role plays a critical part in meeting customer expectations by maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.



Key Responsibilities


+ Select customer orders using wearable technology and pick labels

+ Accurately scan barcodes/UPCs to minimize picking errors

+ Build stable pallets by stacking products in correct sequence and weight order

+ Verify quantities, rotation, and expiration dates

+ Substitute products as directed based on system instructions or supervisor guidance
