Part Time Tutor

Job Title: Part‑Time GCSE Maths and English Tutor (Severe SEN Focus) – Location: Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester. Start Date: Immediate / Flexible. Pay Rate: £25 per hour (starting). Job Type: Part‑time / temporary.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored one‑to‑one GCSE Maths and English tuition aligned with the UK GCSE curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods, lesson pace, and resources to meet the individual needs of students with severe SEN.
• Support learners with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties, and other complex learning needs.
• Build positive, trusting relationships to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Develop students’ confidence, subject understanding, and exam readiness where appropriate.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing clear feedback to parents, carers, and professionals involved in the student’s support net...
