Your tasks

• Train new productive employees on hands‑on engine disassembly and assembly practices using the training engine.
• Deliver training on SR Technics working procedures, engine maintenance manuals and correct tool usage in aviation.
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship in line with SRT standards, airworthiness requirements and applicable authority regulations.
• Promote a strong safety culture, risk awareness and critical thinking to prevent hazards, incidents and accidents.
• Create, update and maintain training materials, desktop procedures and work instructions based on current manufacturer documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean principles and identifying opportunities to improve training and operational processes.
• Act as a role model for safety, compliance, quality and professional working standards.
