Part‑Time Support Worker – Skilled Worker Sponsorship
Time To Shine is seeking Support Workers for its new Respite and Short Breaks service in Kettering (NN15). The role offers part‑time hours (up to 20 hrs per week) and requires a commitment to person‑centred care for clients with autism, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. The successful candidate will work with a small, friendly team and may become the key worker for named individuals.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with all elements of daily living, including personal care and accessing community opportunities such as dining out, swimming, cinema, and bowling.
- Plan and deliver activities at the provision, including baking, sensory play, fun projects and movie evenings.
- Support named individuals as key workers, ensuring risk assessments and support plans reflect their wishes.
