We are looking to recruit a Speech & Language Therapist to work as part of the Allied Health service at Upper Springland. The role requires providing an effective speech and language therapy service to enable and support adults with complex needs, helping them to achieve control, choice and equality in their daily lives.

• Provide effective speech and language therapy to adults with complex needs.
• Liaise regularly with Allied Health colleagues and provide advice and support to Service Managers and care staff.
• Support individuals in achieving control, choice and equality in daily life for their health and wellbeing.
• Manage and prioritise own workload, demonstrating strong organisational and communication skills.
• Work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team with a holistic outlook and deliver a customer‑focused service.
