Provide vital nursing care at Hope Street Terrace Long-Term Care in Port Hope, ON. This part-time role focuses on high-quality resident care during night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at Hope Street Terrace, you'll report to the Director of Care. You will ensure adherence to nursing standards and actively monitor resident health while managing nursing activities. This role requires strong time-management skills and collaboration within a team environment to enhance resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
