You will conduct assessments, guide care plans, and provide direct patient support, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Key responsibilities include responding to medical emergencies, educating residents and families, and maintaining compliance with policy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct resident clinical assessments and create care plans
• Administer medications and document patient care
• Facilitate resident care conferences and communication
• Manage nursing assignments for efficient service delivery
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
Requirements:
• Experience as a Registered Practical Nurse
