This role allows flexibility and a balanced blend of in-person and remote work, ensuring our patients receive the best care while our team enjoys a work-life harmony. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Schedule: 15-20 hours per week (90% remote) Flexibility: Choose your days and hours. 1 onsite visit per month. The rest of the hours can be completed remotely.
