Overview

We are looking to recruit one part‑time recreation assistant to work an average of 27.33 hours per week on a 3‑week rotating shift pattern covering evenings, daytime hours and weekends. The position is located at the Crystal Leisure Centre, Stourbridge.

Employment Conditions

• Hours: 27.33 hours per week
• Salary: Grade 3
• Workplace Attendance: Office 3+ days a week (pro‑rata) or onsite full time

Responsibilities

• Provide poolside and dry‑side supervision as appropriate.
• Maintain the security of the leisure centre.
• Set out and return any required equipment to the stores.
• Undertake regular cleaning duties and maintenance schedules in accordance with the programme of work and instructions.
