Part Time Recreation Assistant

Crystal Leisure Centre, Stourbridge is looking to recruit 1 Part Time Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard) to work 29.33 hours on average per week, over a 3-week set rotating shift pattern, including evenings, daytime hours and weekends.

Hours: 29.33 hours per week

Salary: Grade 3

Qualifications

• IQL (Institute of Qualified Lifeguard) qualified – National Pool Lifeguard Qualification must be in date.

Responsibilities

• Provide both poolside and dry-side supervision as appropriate and assist in maintaining the security of the leisure centre.
• Set out and return to stores any equipment that may be required, undertake regular cleaning duties and maintenance schedules in accordance with a programme of work and instructions.
• Promote quality customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere at the centre.
