New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Part‑Time Post Office Team Member at our Downtown Food Store in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

What you’ll do

• Provide an excellent customer experience by ensuring queries and concerns regarding postal services are resolved appropriately
• Operate a computer to key in data where applicable, and review mail items for address accuracy and proper postage.
• Process financial transactions (cash, debit & credit card payments) through the cash register and point‑of‑sale system
• Maintain and organize postal service area
• Execute activities related to store merchandising initiatives to offer customers additional products and services (e.g., special sale items)
