Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Apartment Grounds Porter to keep our multifamily community clean, welcoming, and beautiful. This position focuses on maintaining excellent curb appeal, thoroughly cleaning common areas, and managing our community pet stations. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and being outdoors, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities Pet Station Management: Empty, clean, and sanitize all dog waste stations daily. Restock dog waste bag dispensers. Clean the immediate surrounding grass and sidewalk areas. Common Area Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, and laundry rooms. Sanitize high-touch surfaces and clean glass windows/doors. Restroom Upkeep: Clean, disinfect, and restock supplies in all community and amenity restrooms.
