Kilgore College KC Excel at Parks Fitness Center is open to students and the community.

The Floor Attendant at KC Excel will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests while maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment. This position will serve as the fitness center point of contact for inquiries and assist with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations of the fitness center

Responsibilities:
Operations: Greet all members and visitors with a positive attitude and assist with check-ins (as needed), membership inquiries, and general questions.

+ Membership Processing: Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate data entry and payment processing.
