CSN is seeking part-time instructors to teach Astronomy (AST), Physics (PHYS), and Engineering (CEE) courses, primarily in an on-ground format, with potential opportunities for online instruction. Teaching assignments will include college-level courses in these disciplines, based on departmental needs.
Core Responsibilities
Teach college-level courses in the field.
Develop syllabi and course materials.
Maintain records, submit grades, and communicate with department and college personnel using established college/department protocol and college's learning management system.
Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes.
Provide an excellent teaching experience as well as student advisement, recruitment activities and program/curriculum development.
Teach at multiple campuses in Clark County.
