Provide exceptional service by answering calls and assisting showroom customers every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming calls professionally
- Greet customers and assist with basic inquiries
- Communicate messages to the relevant teams promptly
- Update dealership schedule and directory regularly
- Manage motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory
Requirements
- Availability for shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturdays
- 1–3 years of administrative experience required
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
- Reliable with strong computer skills
