Job scope includes all duties stated under the Singapore SCDF Fire Safety regulations, for the Fire Safety Manager.

The FSM shall assist the owner or occupier of the premises to:

• Ensure compliance with all fire safety requirements stated in the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
• Identify and report any fire safety non‑compliance to the owner/occupier.
• Maintain written records of: Details of non‑compliance. Date and method of notification to the owner/occupier.
• Ensure compliance with all fire safety conditions imposed for any approved temporary change of use.
• Inform the owner/occupier if a required Fire Certificate is not valid or has expired.
