Part-Time Financial Aid Processor (Title IV) — Flexible Hours, Remote-Friendly

Focus Personal Training Institute (FPTI), a clock-hour vocational school in New York City, is hiring a part-time financial aid processor to support our Title IV operations. This is a part-time employee position with flexible scheduling, well-suited to a retired or semi-retired financial aid professional, or an experienced FA processor looking to add 10–15 hours a week to their schedule. Our system handles the calculations; you follow established procedures and keep our federal records accurate. Final eligibility approvals remain with the school administrator.

What you'll do

+ Work in our student information system (Diamond) to manage student records and aid data

+ Review ISIRs and SAI to determine Pell/Title IV eligibility

+ Verify disbursement eligibility before each disbursement: enrollment status, clock-hour/payment-period progression, satisfactory academic progress (SAP), and NSLDS clearance
