Part time Employability Support Worker

We have a unique opportunity for someone to join our team to provide practical support for work led and experience-based learning for adults with disabilities.

The Employability Support Worker supports individuals to gain the skills and experience to enable them to move to voluntary or paid work and provide practical support, training, and encouragement so that trainees can build on their own skills and abilities whilst respecting their individual needs and choices.

The role is 3 days a week, work hours are between 8.50am - 4pm (some flexibility may be required depending on service need).

Please be aware this role is for 20.5 hours every week and there is no flexibility with the number of hours offered. We are also unable to offer sponsorship in this role as it is part time and does not meet the salary requirements.
