Part-time Dual Security Supervisor - Brantford Casino

Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Manager, Security or the Director, Operations, this Supervisor position is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities of security operations at the site level. Provides input on performance evaluations. Assists with the implementation all new security operations initiatives. When in the security officer role this position is responsible for the safety and protection of team members, guests, the facility (both internal and external) and the company's assets while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. When in both positions (officer/supervisor) you are to ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
