Part-time Contract Attorney - Insurance Defense Litigation

Litigation Attorney (Florida-Licensed) Remote | South Florida | Competitive Compensation + Bonus We are a boutique, litigation-focused personal injury law firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team. The Role You will handle cases from inception through resolution with hands‐on responsibility (with oversight and assistance from other lawyers). Investigate when a case comes in Draft the complaint Draft and pursue discovery Draft and manage motions Take depositions Argue motions Work directly with clients Collaborate closely with partners on litigation strategy Communicate with our partners, clients, referring attorneys, defense counsel This is a primarily remote position . To stay aligned, our legal team meets daily via Zoom to coordinate priorities and workflow.
