. This is a highly operational, systems-heavy role designed for someone who thrives on structure and automation.

We are looking for a long-term partner. While this role starts as Part-Time to master our core operations, we have the
clear intention of transitioning this into a Full-Time role
in the medium term as our reporting and data functions expand. This is a ground floor opportunity to build our People Analytics team.
