This is a permanent part‑time position working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday. The salary is £ per annum.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas of student accommodation including bedrooms, bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens and all white goods contained in the kitchens
• Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets
• Sweep and polish floors and clean stairs
• Wash walls, doors, furniture, radiators, lampshades as appropriate
• Empty waste bins and remove rubbish from flats to bin store areas
• During the summer season only: make beds, including stripping and changing sheeting; collect laundered linen from store, bag and pack laundry for collection
