Blue Arrow is proud to be working with reputable schools and care homes in Matlock who are now seeking a Catering Assistant to support their kitchen on a part-time basis.

An enhanced child and Adult DBS dated will be required due to the setting of this role; however, if you do not have one, we are able to assist with this for the right candidate at a cost.

Hours: Monday - Sunday – various shifts available

Pay rate: £12.71p/h

Location: Matlock

Job duties

• Supporting the kitchen with the preparation of dishes
• Keeping kitchen stations clean in line with health and safety policies
• Serving food items to children and staff
• Handling any payments for meals and recognising free school dinners etc.
• Cleaning canteen tables as you go, ready for the next group of children/staff
